Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of this website and the beauty services provided by Brush Bar Beauty in Lusail, Qatar, whether in our salon or at your home. By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to them.

1. About us

Brush Bar Beauty operates a beauty salon at Unit G-29, Building 29, Street 309, Zone 69, Mamsha Bay Tower, Lusail, Qatar, and provides at-home beauty services within Qatar.

2. Bookings

• Appointments may be made by WhatsApp, telephone, in person, or through any booking channel we make available.
• A booking is confirmed only once we confirm it to you. Requested times are subject to stylist availability.
• We may ask for a deposit for bridal, group, event or long-duration bookings.
• Please arrive on time. If you are significantly late we may need to shorten or reschedule your service so that other clients are not affected.

3. Cancellations and no-shows

• Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Late cancellations and no-shows may result in the loss of any deposit paid, and we may ask for a deposit before future bookings.
• If we must cancel or reschedule, we will tell you as soon as possible and offer an alternative time or a refund of any deposit.

4. At-home services

• You must provide safe, lawful access to the address given, together with adequate space, lighting, water and power where the service requires it.
• Our team may decline or stop a service if the environment is unsafe or unsuitable, or if anyone behaves inappropriately towards our staff.
• Travel charges may apply depending on the location, and will be confirmed before the appointment.
• We will treat your home with care, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for items not disclosed to us.

5. Prices and payment

• Prices are quoted in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and are confirmed at the time of booking or before the service begins.
• The final price may change if the service required differs from the one booked — for example, hair length, thickness or condition. Any change will be agreed with you before we proceed.
• Payment is due on completion of the service unless agreed otherwise.

6. Health, safety and results

• Please tell us about any allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, medical conditions, pregnancy or medications that may affect your treatment.
• A patch test may be required before certain treatments, including colour and lash services. We may decline a service if a required patch test has not been carried out.
• Beauty results depend on individual factors such as hair and skin condition and home care. We cannot guarantee a specific outcome, but we will always discuss what is realistically achievable beforehand.
• If you are not satisfied, tell us within 7 days of your appointment and we will do our best to put it right.

7. Conduct and children

We ask all clients to treat our team and premises with respect. We may refuse or discontinue service to anyone behaving abusively or unsafely. Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who must consent to the treatment.

8. Personal belongings

Please keep your belongings with you. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal items, or to clothing, during your visit, except where caused by our negligence.

9. Gift vouchers and promotions

Gift vouchers and promotional offers are valid for the period stated, are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers unless we say otherwise.

10. Website and content

This website is provided for information only. The Brush Bar Beauty name, logo, and all text and images on this site belong to us and may not be copied or used without our permission. We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites we link to.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

13. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your booking applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of Qatar have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
